Mr. Kelly was my manager and Mr. Silva worked on my floors. They match the color of my floors exactly to the rest of my... house. In fact,they even made my floors look better by adding extra shoe molding. Mr. Kelly explains thoroughly and communicate effectively. Mr Hardwood refinished our existing hardwoods and extended them throughout the main floor, stairs, upstairs hall, and... master bedroom a number of years ago. Sharing this review now based on being solicited to do so through email. For the good news first and why I rated them at 5 stars. The flooring and stairs have held up very well over the years and we’re generally satisfied with our floors. Also, the owner will definitely keep coming back until you are satisfied. No concern goes unanswered and he stands behind his work. For the not as good, immediately following the install, we had to have the crew return a few times to address minor flaws and finishing needs, and to date, we still have one small area in our upstairs hallway that doesn’t quite match the rest of the floor when seen in direct light. This was an area where they had initially installed a board with a hole in it, which was patched, then replaced, and refinished several times. The end result was still off and I know that if I called they would have come back, but after the install and following trips, my wife had enough of the chaos in the house and waved the white flag. So we just let it go and moved on. If we extend the floors into more rooms or do the basement stairs in the future, I will use Mr Hardwood again. Other than the one small blemish noted above, the rest of the floors are great and the owner definitely stands behind his work.read more

Mr Hardwoods installed all the flooring, hardwoods, tile and carpet in a rental house I was selling. Prior to hiring Mr... Hardwoods, I researched products and prices with several companies. Mr Hardwoods did an excellent job, every detail was handled in an impressive quick timeline. It was a large home with a lot of work to be done. It’s not often that a company completes such a large job without me having a single complaint. Mr Hardwood is at the top of my list of great workers and great jobs! Kelly Owen, project manager, came out to my... mom’s house and gave us an estimate for the whole house of carpet and install. He explained everything in detail from start to finish. We accepted his offer, and Kelly, Jose, and his team did a fabulous job with the install of the carpet. We ad hardwood and carpeting installed. Hardwood perfect. Carpet Installation was good. However, carpet was defective.... Mr. Hardwood replaced with identical carpet. Defective! Awaiting repeat inspection/replacement. Installation crews were professional. I recommend Mr. Hardwood.read more

I have no good words to say. After doing our own homework and finding the hardwood that we wanted, we gave him the... sample and info. He then proceeded to set up a display that he was going to sell under his own brand. I also reported him to the owners of the original manufacturer. Big talker. Also bad mouthed his own employee so He could get the sale himself. I would never recommend Mr Hardwood!read more

Fantastic experience from start to finish with everyone in the company from Corey to Allen to Enrique and the the... entire crew. Every single thing they said they would do they did with **excellence**! Their integrity and commitment to customer service mean a lot to us. The results exceeded our expectations - what an amazing transformation in our home! We had new carpet installed throughout the upstairs in November and it was done quickly in a single afternoon. We had unfinished hardwoods installed throughout the main level the week before Christmas that were finished in place and they are beautiful. Highly recommend!read more

I brought Corey in to put hardwoods in our living room, hoping to match the existing hardwoods. I'm not sure exactly... how things went so wrong. Corey assured me that it would be a near perfect match, it's no were near a match. The job was to be completed in 3 days, it took 5. I asked his guys on day 2 when they would be back tomorrow. They responded we start a new job tomorrow. So I got to wait an additional 2 days with no furniture in my home. The carpentry work as a whole was sub par. The promise to repair an existing issue had absolutely no improvement. The quarter round was installed by Forest Gump, when I expressed my disappointment with it Corey assured me they would use new pieces with less seams. There was no change still looks bad. When Corey came to my home to "close out" I was so stressed I didn't sleep the night before. After going to the long list of disagreements Corey accused me of attempting to get out of paying. We went back and forth to the point he was yelling at me in my kitchen, my toddler was in the other room. I told him not to yell at me. Get out . He then went to the police. Telling them I was defaulting on our contract. The contract was not meet in my opinion. Much stress and aggravation could have been avoided with a little customer service skills. I would never recommend you let this company into your home. That's funny Corey. I never threatened to harm you. Apparently you believe it's okay to yell at someone with a child present. Peace need to know about you.read more

Really shocked at all these positive reviews. The crew worked fast, did a semi-pro job, and the results were very... disappointing. This review will probably get a response from the business owner saying *Call Our Office and We'll Make it Right*. I did call the office with my concerns. The salesman came out and said this was all normal and fine. He looked at the poor work and literally said This is Normal Quality Work. The Ridges and Bumps all Over The Floor are Perfectly Normal.read more

Highly recommend. Great work, and very responsive / informative throughout the entire process. We had water/pet... damage and were shocked at how nice the floors came out. They kept as much of the original wood as possible and were very honest about what had to go. We were able to test out a few colors before making the final decision also to make sure we were happy with finished product. It was a pleasure working with everyone.read more

Fernando came to give us quote to replace our water-damaged hardwood floor. He is puncture, attentive, knowledgeable,... and excellent in communicating his ideas. He is not pushy, we felt we can totally trust him. We received a very reasonable quote in a few hours. I am very impressed; you can judge the company by its employees. At the end, with a lot of internal debate, we decided to go with a friend who offered the comparable quote. Our experience with this company was wonderful. Kelly was our project manager and he was great to work with. He came... out to our house twice for initial measurements and was very thorough with a clear communication style. He truly listened to our needs while making sure we picked a quality product at a reasonable price. We had Bruno and team complete the install. They completed everything in 1 day. I couldn't believe how quickly they finished the project (new floors upstairs and downstairs as well as new stairs). I would recommend this company to anyone looking for new hardwood floors. The saying you get what you pay for is very true. I paid for beautiful floors, which included refinishing 3 rooms,... adding new Oak in 3 rooms and new Iron balusters on my staircase. I could have saved some money going elsewhere but every interaction with the team at Mr Hardwood was positive from the first sales call, to delivering the material and install. We could not be happier with our experience and their team of true Professionals. The wood you can get anywhere, but do yourself a favor and pay for the team of professionals and the experience, it's worth ever penny.read more

Such a quality job and superb professionalism from our crew! We are thrilled with the new carpet... it's so pretty &... soft underfoot. The installers were very professional & extremely hard workers who clearly wanted us to be happy. Mr Hardwood does impeccable work. I needed a 20+ year old oak staircase refinished to a totally different color as well... as the posts and rails. Fabian sanded everything down to the bare wood including very intricate posts and hand rails. Using NO chemical strippers but instead many hours of hand sanding to where all wood surfaces looked like the original raw wood. This ensured the stains applied went deep. The end result was brand new. No other company I spoke too would avoid the very toxic short cut of chemical strippers. I high recommend them. Kelly who was my contact and his dedicated professionalism to ensure everything was perfect was key as well.read more
